Kiehl's Shop Design

Kiehl's is an American cosmetics brand retailer that specializes in making premium skin, hair, and body care products. Founded as a single pharmacy in New York City's East Village in 1851, Kiehl's was purchased by the L'Oreal Group  in 2000 and currently has more than 250 retail stores worldwide, and over 1000 points of sale supplemented by sales in high-end department stores, select airport locations, as well as independent stockists.

There're so many cosmetics pharmacy that can be found worldwide. But, there's a way to tell the difference between others with Kiehl's and that is the Kiehl's trademark. The trademark is a dress-up skeleton that can be found in every single Kiehl's shop.

Not only of the skeleton but also there's also a consistency in all of the shop design. Unlike others, we hardly find inconsistency in the shops design. If you see the pictures below, we can see that all the shops have wooden flooring. They also have the same feel when we see see all of the shops' pictures, the neat and the calm feeling. It's one of my favourite shop because not only the design that I like, I also satisfied with the products.

  1. That is cool. But I do not understand logic behind this trademark. Is L'Oreal Group also u sing same mark for this brand's label?
